1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing py777, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet — whether through the browser platform or the downloadable app — you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on py777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is required or applied on the platform.

Funds must be withdrawn using the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. Deposits made through JazzCash, for example, will ordinarily be returned to the same JazzCash account. Exceptions require written confirmation from py777 support.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

py777 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, daily cashback and seasonal specials tied to events like the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and within your account dashboard.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable as cash. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance. They are separate from your deposited balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or to third parties.
• One bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times, using multiple accounts or exploiting promotion mechanics constitutes abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.

Cashback promotions — including daily cashback and VIP weekly cashback — are calculated on net losses within the qualifying period. The credited amount is final and not subject to further appeal.

6 VIP Programme

The py777 VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite. Tier progression is based on accumulated wagering activity (XP) across all game categories on the platform.

VIP benefits — including weekly cashback percentages, withdrawal speed, daily withdrawal limits and access to a personal account manager — are outlined on the VIP page. These benefits are subject to the following conditions:

• VIP tier and its associated benefits are reviewed on a regular basis. Insufficient activity during a review period may result in tier maintenance or reduction.
• VIP cashback is paid in PKR and credited automatically. The calculation and payment of cashback is at py777's discretion and is final.
• Personal account manager services are available to Platinum and Elite tier members. py777 reserves the right to reassign account managers at any time.
• VIP status is non-transferable and applies only to the individual account holder.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on py777 — including Live Casino titles, Fish Games, Bingo, sports markets and all other products — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's displayed rules and these general terms, the game rules take precedence for that specific game.

py777 uses certified random number generation (RNG) and live dealer environments where applicable. Results are generated independently of py777's operational systems. py777 does not influence individual game outcomes.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection or system failure during a game round, bets will be settled according to the last confirmed server-side game state at the time of the fault. py777 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled. Once a bet is placed and accepted by the system, it stands regardless of any subsequent change in odds or game conditions.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on py777. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors or incorrect odds for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error are void and will be reversed.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer fish game rooms or live casino tables.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute or charge back a deposit through your payment provider after having used the funds on the platform.

12 Account Closure and Termination

You may request closure of your py777 account at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your primary payment method.

py777 may close or suspend an account at any time if:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is identified.
• Fraudulent, collusive or abusive activity is suspected.

• The account is associated with a self-exclusion request.

In cases of closure due to breach of terms, py777 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and any winnings derived from bonus play. Deposited funds that were not involved in fraudulent activity will be returned following investigation.
